Eating Disorders Program

North York General Hospital offers two programs for eating disorders: one for adolescents and one for adults.

Adolescent Eating Disorders Program
North York General Hospital's Adolescent Eating Disorders Program, offered by our Child & Teen Program, provides assessment, diagnosis and treatment for children and teenagers between the ages of 12-18 with an eating disorder.

This program in the outpatient day hospital supports childen and teenagers who no longer need 24-hour supervision but require a structured program.

The program includes medical, nutritional, mental health care and an academic program staffed by a Toronto Catholic District School Board teacher.
