North York General's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) highlights our hospital’s ongoing commitment to continually improve and ensure quality patient care.
Our QIP explains in common language our hospital’s priorities, targets and initiatives as well as how we will be able to chart our progress.
Our 2013-14 Quality Improvement Plan has two parts:

- A spreadsheet with our indicators and improvement targets.
More information on Quality Improvements Plans and the Excellent Care for All Act and its requirements is available on the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care website.
Recent Government of Ontario legislation has focused efforts on improving quality, accountability and transparency in our health system. In keeping with these improvements, new information for the public was included on the NYGH website on April 1.
