Strategy 2015-2019

In 2015, North York General Hospital (NYGH) created a new plan to achieve our vision of Excellence in integrated patient-centred care through learning, innovation and partnerships.

This plan helped us achieve success on many different fronts by ensuring our patients come first in everything we do. As we extend our strategy to 2019, we have focused our goals and initiatives to support our continued journey towards realizing our vision. Our staff, physicians and volunteers make this work possible and everyone's role at NYGH contributes to our shared purposed of providing patient- and family-centred care.
