Accessibility Plan 2012–17

See North York General's Accessibility Plan Download: NYGH Accessibility Plan 2012-2017 for the year October 2012 to September 2017.

The plan describes: (1) the measures that NYGH has taken in the past, and (2) the measures that the hospital will take to identify, remove and prevent barriers for people with disabilities who live, work in or use the facilities and services of North York General.
At NYGH, patients come first in everything we do and we are committed to preventing, identifying and removing barriers that impede an individual's ability to access care and services, or to work here. North York General's accessibility plan identifies our continuing efforts to eliminate accessibility barriers.
