Information Desks

North York General Hospital volunteers staff three information desks. They will be happy to answer your questions and direct you.

General site Torokvei Atrium (ground floor lobby)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

General site west lobby (1rst floor)
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays: closed

Branson Ambulatory Care Centre main entrance
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Weekends and statutory holidays: closed

Interpretation Services

If you would like an interpreter to help you communicate with a member of the health care team, please speak with your nurse or the staff member booking your appointment. More on our Interpretation Services.

Health Records

While you are in hospital you can see your medical record. If you want to look at it, please tell your doctor or nurse and this will be arranged. If you want to see your record after you leave the hospital, call the Health Records Department at 416-756-6209 or email patientrecords@nygh.on.ca.
