North York General Hospital is a nationally recognized leader in caring for infants, children and teenagers — caring for over 2,000 children every year.
The Child and Teen Program offers a wide range of medical and mental health services to meet the complex needs of young patients from newborns to 18 years. Our care focuses on the patient and family — and a priority is to ensure every child, teen and their family receives evidence-based quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.
IODE Canada, a Canadian women’s charitable organization with an interest in the welfare of children, is a founding partner of the hospital and has helped ensure children receive the best care possible at North York General.
