Volunteer
The 6th Annual Heart of Fashion, taking place Sunday November 19th from 6:30-9:30PM, could not happen without the support and commitment of day and night-of volunteers. They are essential to the event's success. In order for the evening to proceed smoothly, we need approximately 30 day-of and 80 night-of volunteers. Please read on for more information: Volunteering the Day-Of We call on Friends of the Hospital, their family, friends and business colleagues or students who need accumulate some community services hours for school to volunteer with the set-up of the silent auction, the bars and food stations as well as the positioning of tables and chairs and dispersement of rentals. The volunteer shift will be begin at 12:00PM and probably run until 4:00PM. Even if you can only come for a couple of hours, we would appreciate the time you can spare. We will be serving a hearty lunch for the volunteers who help out. Please note: we need some strong individuals who can lift tables and chairs. Last year, one of our committee members was able to secure her son's hockey team. They were super. Volunteering the Night-Of We will also be requiring approximately 80 volunteers the night-of in the following areas:
November 14th, 6:00pm-8:00pm, North York General Hospital Foundation 4001 Leslie Academic Centre, Auditorium 2 & 3. Please click on, and fill out the Volunteer Application form.
