Internationally acclaimed Canadian tenor Ben Heppner who specializes in opera and classical symphonic works for voice, was recently a patient at North York General Hospital. Ben, who performs frequently with major opera companies in the United States and Europe, as well as concert appearances with major symphony orchestras, posted a personal account of his illness and hospital stay at NYGH.
