•  Doorways to Care This new joint initiative of health and support service agencies in the Central Local Health Integration Network serves seniors 65 years and older, or over age 55 with age-related disorders, and their caregivers and families. Through a single telephone number,1-866-626-0222, assistance is provided to access services older adults need to live safely and independently in their own communities.
