North York General Hospital (NYGH) and North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) are hosting a Mobile Vaccine Clinic (first doses only) at Northview Heights Secondary School (550 Finch Ave. W.) 

WHEN: Saturday, May 15 and Sunday, May 16 

WHO:

• People 18+ living OR working in any Toronto hotspot postal code
• People 18+ with highest, high and at-risk health conditions living in the City of Toronto (M postal code)
• People 40+ living in the City of Toronto (M postal code)

*Please bring ID and proof of address.
