Antibes Vaccination Clinic April 23-25
** Update (April 24, 2 p.m.): We have handed out all available appt. cards at our Antibes Community Centre vaccination clinic for M2R residents for this weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out today. No appts or walk ins are available.
North York General Hospital (NYGH) and North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for residents 18+ who live in priority buildings in Antibes from Friday, April 23 to Sunday April 25, 2021 at Antibes Community Centre (140 Antibes Drive).
Antibes is a high-risk neighbourhood for COVID-19 infection and illness.
The clinics on April 23-25 are specifically for people who live in the following priority neighbourhoods:
- 80, 100, 115, 135, 155, 300 Antibes Drive
Pre-registration allows you to put your name on a list indicating your interest in being vaccinated. We can’t guarantee that you will get an appointment, but the clinic team will provide as many appointments as possible until all slots are filled.
If slots are available and you are eligible, you will contacted by email or phone with a date and time for your appointment on either April 23, 24 or 25. Proof of address will be requested.
There are no walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance.
