As a leader in newborn and maternal care, many patients are referred to NYGH for high-risk pregnancy care and other specialized services.

Our health care team ensures the complex physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our patients are met. They are also committed to supporting and respecting a person’s choice for feeding.

As a community academic hospital, we collaboratively train physicians, midwives, nurses, and other health care practitioners.
