Parkway Forest Vaccination Clinic April 23-25
North York General Hospital (NYGH) and North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for residents 18+ who live in priority buildings in Parkway Forest from Friday, April 23 to Sunday April 25, 2021 at Parkway Forest Community Centre (55 Forest Manor Rd).
Parkway Forest is a high-risk neighbourhood for COVID-19 infection and illness. Earlier this week, 3,250 people were vaccinated at a clinic at the Parkway Forest Community Centre.
The clinics on April 23-25 are specifically for people who live in the following priority neighbourhoods:
- 5, 10, 25, 100, 106, 110, 121, 125, and 130 Parkway Forest Drive
- 20, 24, 65 and 80 Forest Manor Road
- 61-71, 75 and 95 Havenbrook Boulevard
Pre-registration allows you to put your name on a list indicating your interest in being vaccinated. We can’t guarantee that you will get an appointment, but the clinic team will provide as many appointments as possible until all slots are filled.
If slots are available and you are eligible, you will contacted by email or phone with a date and time for your appointment on either April 23, 24 or 25. Proof of address will be requested.
There are no walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance.
