North York General Hospital’s (NYGH) current 2015-2019 Strategic Plan is coming to an end. Over the past four years we’ve worked towards making North York General the best and safest hospital to receive and provide care. We are proud of what we have accomplished and we know that it could not have done without the support of patients, their families and our amazing community.
Now, we look to define the future of North York General Hospital and how we, together with our partners, will shape the health system to ensure the needs of the growing and diverse population we serve are fulfilled.
Your voice is a critical part of helping to define what is the community needs from the hospital.
NYGH is hosting a telephone town hall for residents and local associations on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We will be calling households in our catchment area to participate in a live telephone conversation with Dr. Joshua Tepper, President and CEO of North York General. During the telephone town hall there will be an opportunity to learn about exciting developments in our services and programs as well as provide feedback on how you access care and what makes a patient experience feel exceptional.
More than 30,000 randomly selected households will be invited to participate. To help ensure you are registered, please provide us with your phone number by 12 p.m. (noon) Tuesday, July 23, 2019.
