Quality Improvement Plan

System-wide quality improvement is the vision that the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Long-Term Care provides for all health care sectors, using the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) as an enabler to support this goal.

North York General Hospital's (NYGH) QIP highlights our hospital’s ongoing commitment to continually improve and ensure quality patient care. Our QIP explains in common language our hospital’s priorities, targets and initiatives as well as how we will be able to chart our progress.

Our Multi-Sector Quality Improvement Plan consists of the following:

2023-24 QIP Narrative for North York General Hospital and Seniors' Health Centre: A brief overview of our quality strategic goals and key focus areas for our Quality Improvement Plan.
