North York General Hospital (NYGH) and North York Toronto Health Partners (NYTHP) in partnership with CF Fairview Mall are hosting a Family Friendly Mobile Vaccine Clinic (first doses only) at Fairview Mall (1800 Sheppard Ave. E – Parking lot off Don Mills Road at Leith Hill).
WHEN: Sunday, June 13, 2021
11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
WHO: Family friendly clinic: People 12+ including those living outside of Toronto.
