Pregnancy After Loss

Pregnancy after miscarriage, still birth or late-term loss is a unique experience that can lead to a complex mix of emotions ranging from grief and anxiety to joy and hope. Processing these emotions can be an isolating experience.

North York General Hospital’s Pregnancy After Loss Support Group is an open, virtual group that offers a safe space to access peer-to-peer support during all stages of pregnancy after loss.

Eligibility Criteria

This group is for individuals who are pregnant after experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth or late-term loss. You do not need to be an NYGH patient to attend the group.

Group Leaders

  • Patricia Irvine RN, Clinical Nurse Educator, Maternal Newborn and Paediatric Program, North York General Hospital

This group meets virtually every other Thursday, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
